Choosing A Plastic Comb Binding Machine

What kind of rubber tubing to use for jewelry?

I recently purchased a necklace for my daughter at a craft show that was on a rubber tube cording. The connector was a piece of plastic that stuck in both ends of the cord to hook it together. I found pony bead lacing and plastic connectors at my local craft store - the only problem is that is only comes in 5 yard pieces and is bound together with a plastic band that causes a huge crimped spot in the cord. I would love to find a similar product to use for children necklaces. The guy at the craft show had his cord on a large roll. What was he using and where did he find it and the plastic connectors? Anyone have a clue? I have searched the internet to no avail - I'm stumped. Please help.

What You Need To Know About Laminating Pouch Thickness

After you've made the biggest choice in the laminating process - choosing what kind of laminator to buy - you've got another decision to make. This time it's about laminating pouches and what thickness you're going to use. These supplies come in five common thicknesses and they're all good for different needs. The outline below will fill you in on these thicknesses so you can learn more about them. Check it out....

1.) 1.5. These are the thinnest pouches you can buy - if you can find them at all. They're not manufactured very often simply because most of today's laminators aren't compatible with them. However, if you can find them, they're good for when you have a lot of laminating to do and want to save some cash. Keep in mind that because these supplies are so thin, it will be very easy to fold/bend your documents.

2.) 3. Three mil pouches are great for documents that need a little bit of protection but not a lot. They're still pretty flexible (although not as flexible as the 1.5 mil ones), but they're great for larger documents such as signs and posters. Unfortunately, they're too thin to be used on smaller items because the plastic will curls up too easily.

3.) 5. These pouches are truly the middle ground. They're good for bigger documents and they can be used on smaller ones such as business cards. When using them on larger objects, you'll get more rigid results that you would if you had used a 3 mil pouch. These supplies tend to be pretty affordable, so they're a great choice if you want a fairly rigid product but don't want to spend a whole bundle on supplies.

4.) 7. Seven is said to be a lucky number and that's true even when it comes to laminating pouches. These supplies are much more sturdier than their 5 mil cousins and they're perfect for name tags, business cards, and more. They're a nice compromise between the more flexible 5 mil ones and the ultra rigid 10 mil supplies, so you'll get a great result for a great price.

5.) 10. If you want a super rigid end product, 10 mil pouches are what you need. These supplies are ideal for items that will be regularly handled and subject to abuse (i.e. outdoor signage, menus, placemats, etc.) You won't be able to bend or fold items laminated with these pouches because they're really, really strong.

OKI C710dn Toner review

OKI C710dn printer is a color for the LED clusters designed for use in moderately severe with five or six people using the machine. It can be connected via Ethernet, USB or parallel port, and includes a duplexer for printing duplex.

The front panel has a map of bits, mono, backlit LCD good, which may appear in four rows of 16 letters. Orders menu on the right are standard, while the left are buttons on the role of aid and to indicate any error messages. The most typical way of Print speed is evident in this team, like many others. OKI promises to pages 32 ppm to 30 ppm black and color. Although you may object in color prints are only marginally slower compared to black, are important figures slightly higher than that observed in normal use. Our five page text print black, even more important than the typical length of documents in Europe, it takes 32 seconds, a speed of 9.38ppm, despite the increased workload of 20 pages, more than twice the speed. The reason is that the unit expects 15 to 20 seconds before starting to print page of any document.

Perhaps the most interesting result emerges from this particular printer is efficient, if duplex back. With many printers, the speed in a duplex about 50% duplex. Here, however, our 20-page, single-sided document took 1:03 to complete 19.05ppm speed, although the same document printed on both sides 1:08 limited, even 17.65spm.

The C710dn uses a double inside, so the paper does not need to be partially ejected from the top slot in the machine and back. There is simply no reason not to double-sided default with respect to saving paper.

Standard printer resolution of 600 dpi is more than enough to create the remarkable black copying is crisp and clear, with a moderate light to the characters. Color images are vivid and dense, although some default colors, especially green and blue are in the dark compared to the original. In addition, there are some obvious problems in forestry to black text on white halos around characters from the sample.

Our evaluation of photographic printing, the optimal printer 1200 x 600 dpi, had bright colors and many missing details in dark areas of the image. It's not nice suit from the printer.

There are four consumables needed to keep the C710dn is: toners, drum, fuser and transfer belt. The OKI C710dn toner cartridge must be worth 11,000 and 11,500 pages with ISO, abnormally, the color cartridges to get more capacity. Drums are good for 20,000 black pages or 15,000 color pages and two belt merger and transfer are valued at 60,000 sheets.

Despite the difficulties implementation, we have found is a group of printers to work with good color. Although not very well suited for printing photographs, is very good for everything else and is one of the best units of double-sided printing we have analyzed. With four different consumer to consider could be logistically cumbersome, but may have life long enough that it's not a lot of problems.
