If republicans want to handle health care at the state level, why do most uninsured live in red states?

Why haven't they already solved the problem in their states? Do they really care about health care or is it just a ploy to avoid responsibility?

repubs don't care for people, only votes. the money that big corporations give republicans is case enough for them not to support any healthcare reform. true that the dems receive money from big business, too, but atleast they see this as a problem are doing something about. it isn't perfect, but it is a start. republicans talk a decent game, but in the end, its just that, talk......so good for President Obama that his healthcare reform has passed. the republicans can now only talk, curse anbd call names. rush dickface stated that he wanted obama to fail. well it still looks like success to me.
