How to dye hair with color and developer?
I have a 2 oz bottle of the dye and a 4 oz bottle of 40 volume developer. How much do I mix together in the bottle? Is it equal ratios (2 oz dye and 2 oz developer?)
With all black hair dyes i've used, it was equal ratios for the dye to the developer. As for bleach, the brand I use on my friends require 1 ounce to 1.1 ounces of peroxide.
