What is this small yellow black bug in my room?

I found this small black and yellow bug that carried around its own shell that was made up of What looed like carpet fibers, spakles, fibers, etc. It had 2 exit holes, one in the front and one in the back where it could peek out but it never left the shell behind. It would just drag it along. What bug is this? It looks small, kind of like it would be a small caterpillar or something and has black and yellow stripes. I found this in Panama City, Panama.

I am thinking some kind of carpet beetle larva.
