The Limited is a retail outlet for the younger woman in mind. It offers many brand name products that are used by the younger generation. It began from a young girl named Bella Cabakoff who emigrated with her parents from Russia to escape the harsh tyranny that they were exposed to. Bella worked for a long time in the Lazarus department stores before she married Harry Wexner.
They opened up a woman's clothing store in Columbus, Ohio which at the time they named Leslie's after their son. Leslie grew up and decided to go into the business by only catering to the younger women. He borrowed about $5,000 dollars from his aunt and from the local bank. After a year Bella and her husband closed down their own business and joined in with their son to create what we now know as "The Limited."
What its like working there...
The employee's of The Limited enjoy a very good working atmosphere with professional training done by lead persons who have worked in the business for an extended amount of times. The employees' usually have taken some fashion training or perhaps have worked as hair dressers or other professions that lead to the understanding of fashion and design for the younger women. The benefits depend on the employee's training and experience. Also it depends on the store and the sales of that store that is the manner in which the company can offer benefits and wages.
How to apply for the job...
In order to become an employee you would need to apply in person at the local store or go online to the website where you can find The Limited careers page and you will find out more about career opportunities and the benefit package that is offered by the corporation. Many of the stores are now franchised out so the person who owns that particular franchise determines the type of benefits available for their employee's.
Those employees who work at the corporate office headquarters or for stores that are still owned and operated by the corporation benefits are already determined and are many. The store does offer a very lucrative benefit package and wages comparative to the area in which they live.
Whether you're looking for an opening at The Limited or The Limited application, you can get all the information you need at MyJobApps.
Good waterproof sticker paper for 1/10 cars?
i used AVERY "Decals for windows" sticker paper for ink jet
i printed it out and looks really neat.
until one day, God decided to give my car a lil wash while i was playing. the ink from the paper smudged my car all over.
where can i find sticker paper which are waterproof as well as glossy
preferably meant for LASER printers (say the EPSON AL-C900)
please help, my car looks like crap without any decals
You might want to try MacTac. It is usually used for shelf liner but it is water proof, not sure how well it will take to a laser printer, but at this point, what have you got to lose? it comes in white, clear, and many other designs and colours. It is available at the Dollar Stores in Canada.
